Our Hull Residential Property team is currently seeking a Licensed Conveyancer with a strong background in fee earning within a busy residential property setting.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking team that values integrity, expertise, and continuous development. You’ll be part of a department recognised for its legal excellence and client focus, where your contribution will be valued and your professional growth encouraged.

Key responsibilities:

  • Running a varied and dynamic caseload
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Handling routine and complex client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Addressing client concerns promptly and thoroughly to ensure satisfaction
  • Contributing to the department’s growth by helping expand the client base and promoting the firm’s services through business development and networking

Skills required:

  • A qualified Licensed Conveyancer with proven fee earning experience
  • Experience in Residential Property matters for private clients, including work with commercial and corporate clients in the residential property space
  • Excellent organisational ability, with a focus on managing deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client and third-party relationships
  • Willingness to engage with new opportunities and represent the firm at professional events
  • Strong team skills and sound technical knowledge
