The vacancy
Our Recoveries team is a market leader and one of the largest in the UK, with over 100 staff handling a high volume of debt recovery, commercial litigation and insolvency matters. We work with a diverse client base including commercial organisations, utility companies, debt purchasers and local authorities, delivering high‑quality legal solutions at scale.
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive Lawyer to join our growing Recoveries team, based in Hull, Lincoln, Grimsby or York. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator or newly qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a nationally renowned and supportive team.
You will manage your own caseload of complex, dispute resolution cases and work collaboratively with colleagues on larger disputes. The role offers exposure to high‑quality work for national clients, the chance to build strong client relationships and the opportunity to develop within a team that is continuing to grow year on year.
