Our Medical Negligence team is a highly respected specialist practice, supporting clients nationwide in claims arising from negligent medical treatment. The work we do often involves complex, sensitive and life‑changing circumstances, and we pride ourselves on delivering expert legal advice alongside compassionate, client‑focused support.
We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join our team based in our Lincoln office, with hybrid working available. You will run your own caseload of medical negligence claims and assist on higher‑value and more technically complex matters, with supervision and support from experienced colleagues where needed.
