This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to join our Disputes & Regulatory team in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage a varied workload independently.

In this role, you will play a central part in keeping the team running smoothly, providing high quality administrative support and ensuring deadlines, documents, and processes are handled efficiently. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening and setting up new files promptly and accurately in line with fee earner instructions.
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and proactive manner, handling both routine and more complex enquiries with confidence and seeking guidance where needed.
  • Managing incoming calls and greeting clients, providing an efficient and professional service at all times.
  • Taking and relaying messages clearly, quickly and accurately to ensure smooth communication within the team.
  • Supporting fee earners with the day‑to‑day administration of client work and files.
  • Directly supporting and assisting the Head of Department in respect of management arrangements for the department.

Skills required:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality, accurate documents with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident handling client enquiries, both routine and complex, with a professional and reassuring manner.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
