Are you looking to further develop your career in a Top 200 law firm, within a busy, dynamic team serving nationwide clients, including substantial businesses and private clients?
The Disputes & Regulatory team at Wilkin Chapman Rollits is growing. To enhance that growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paralegal to assist fee earners with residential landlord and tenant possession matters.
You will be an excellent communicator and able to build relationships effectively with clients and colleagues alike. A keen eye for detail along with a methodical and organised approach is essential. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, this position is also well-suited to a recent graduate with relevant skills or legal knowledge.
Your main duties will include:
• Maintaining time recording on client matters daily
• Regularly updating clients on the progress of their case
• Handling routine telephone enquiries from clients and third parties
• Ensuring that all client concerns are addressed professionally and promptly
• Producing a range of documents as necessary
• Undertaking professional development to acquire knowledge of General Litigation
• Attending appointments for new clients and meeting with existing clients when necessary
• Handling administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents, creating documents and bundles, file closures, and mandatory file reporting
