The vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join us on an initial circa 18‑month fixed‑term contract to support maternity cover. Reporting to the HR Manager and based in our Grimsby office, you will be part of a friendly, multi‑functioning, busy HR team.
You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues, maintaining accurate HR records, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support. This role would suit someone with some existing HR experience, or a strong administrator with a particular strength in building relationships and working proactively.
This position can be offered on a full‑time or part‑time basis. For part‑time arrangements, we are ideally seeking someone who can work each day, Monday to Friday.
