Are you an experienced property professional looking for your next opportunity within a dynamic and supportive law firm? We’re seeking a Property Assistant to join our Hull team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service in residential property transactions.
This is a fantastic chance to bring your knowledge and skills to a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a real impact. You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners, manage varied tasks, and contribute to the smooth progression of property matters.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.
- Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.
- Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Proficient IT skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
